Good Neighbor Home Buyers LLC (GNHB) is a professional home buying service that buys properties from homeowners who are facing tough situations. We give sellers fast emotional, and financial, relief.

GNHB was founded by Glen Holguin, an experienced real estate investor. At one point, Glen and his family endured financial difficulties that forced them to consider selling their own home for cash. He spent sleepless nights worrying about the bills piling up and how he would provide for his family. Glen knows from first-hand experience that when you’re facing financial difficulties or are burdened with a ‘problem’ property, you need understanding, support and respect.

When his financial situation improved, Glen decided to form his own home buying business so that he could treat others the way he would want to be treated: with sensitivity, friendliness and integrity. Glen had considered buying into a home investment franchise or joining an existing company, but prior experience taught him that many home buying companies are reluctant to give clients the emotional support and straight-shooting advice that they need to make critical decisions about their properties. He wanted to be a positive force in people’s lives, so he chose to be a "Good Neighbor!"
